In week 11, as a team, the following objectives were done.
- Successfully delivered INTERIM DEMO: Pending feedback from Profs and TAs.
- Collected new IR Devices and populated it with the IR Database
- Fully tested functionality of turning on DingSun Audio Amp and Disco LED light remotely using WebApp
- LED Light and Audio Amp share some of the IR code (need to separate them during testing)
- Mechanical Design: IRMAN Figurine revisited and started working on manufacturing & Assembly logistics
- AWS EC2 <–> local client image transmission Tested and successful
- Image Stitching and Homography Tested on Server
- Excessive Warping during image-stitching and CV not recognizing the objects in panorama
- Stitching speed exponentially increases when number of photos provided
- More Training Image Collection and Labeling for new devices
- Recording development video! Stay tuned!
Schedule
This week’s development is on schedule. We have successfully finished the interim demo and moved onto the final development phase. Now shifting more focus to the CV pipeline and Mechanical Design and Manufacture.
