(11/08) Weekly Team Status Update

On the embedded side, there were major setbacks, mainly due to completely rendering one of our new boards unusable (thank soldering). There were also major toolchain changes needed in order to support two active branches of development between the wearable and the button, both of which operate with very different memory mappings for peripherals and different mechanisms to control clock sources and integral peripherals such as SPI and GPIO. However, there was forward progress made on the hub server, with the server being able to now perform its own wifi scan in order to use in trilateration calculations. In addition, on the computer vision side, we were able to finally send a raw image over sockets to a server on the hub device. We still need to integrate the computer vision on the hub, perform trilateration, and finish porting code to the new wearable device.
