Smart Stethoscope is an electronic stethoscope that can detect whether a patient has a systolic or diastolic murmur. This device will aid doctors, paramedics, and people in the medical industry who are less experienced in cardiatrics in better determining whether a patient has any heart issues, simply by placing the stethoscope on the patient’s heart. A microphone sensor is connected to a normal stethoscope to collect and display the patient’s heart sound as audio data. The data collected is then analyzed usingour trained machine learning algorithm to determine whether there are any abnormalities with that patient’s heart. Once analyzed, the indicator light on the stethoscope will show up green for a normal heart sound and red for an abnormal heart sound.
