Hojun’s Status Report for 2/20

Worked with Andy and Omar on the abstract, the proposal presentation, the Gantt chart. I researched different robotic bases that we could use that would fit the scope of our project, which was initially a large robot that would be able to pick up objects based on user’s command. Then we changed our scope because we did not find an adequate robotic base with the correct size and budget. This week, I hope to finish the proposal, learn how to program the iRobot, order the necessary parts for the robotic arm and gripper.
