The most significant risks right now are difficulties in collecting materials for our build base and missing parts necessary to effectively use the Jetson Nano Orin. To mitigate these risks, we plan to dedicate next week to sourcing materials from RoboClub and any additional items that need to be ordered. We’ll also actively communicate with our TA any time we’ve sent in an order request to help mitigate order delays on parts we are still waiting on and future part orders.
There were no changes to the design of our system.
We have made one major change to the Gantt Chart, which is designating next week as the week to source build materials and the week after Spring Break as integration week, the week to build and coalesce our overall pipeline. If we find ourselves falling too far behind, we will remove a week of slack.
