Team Status Report for February 25

Currently there is some risk resulting from delays in materials coming in. We just received the wood for the frame which was behind schedule. We are managing this risk by going out of order on our schedule and working on the software before we get to building the frame. Other than the change in working on software while we have waited for the frame pieces to come in, there has been no major changes in the schedule. We have had to adjust slightly due to Jimmy being slightly late on the CV and the frame coming in late. Jimmy is going to put in extra work on the CV portion while also helping Devank assemble the frame once the lumber comes in.  Other than that, our team is maintaining schedule and we are pressing forward to maintain schedule and finish this project on time.
