This week were able to get a new SD card order in which expedited our physical component process. This was very important to us and is a crucial part of our overall design. I got the Nano and accessories from Nathan to start on the hardware setup. I was able to flash the board and get it up and running and ensure everything was booted correctly, since we were waiting for a SD card larger than 32gb. I also did a sample test run with the camera. I connected it with the ribbon and did just a video out stream to make sure the connection was working and the camera was too. Now that these components are working they now can be connected correctly, so we then can move forward as a team. The next step for setup and installation is to start deploying all of the models we need. I started installing PyTorch however, it there was an issue that needed the Nano to be adjusted. I was able to fix the issue and this week I will be finalizing that deployment and move on to any more we need.
I think this advancement in our progress is the great since we need the camera up in running for our final result. I look forward to continuing to work on the Nano.
