Week of Feb 17 – Feb 23
Finalized design of IR transmitter and receiver. Met with Professor Mukherjee and had him review and approve of both of the circuits.
Continued work on the model of the car. Almost all features have been added and planned out (only thing missing is the battery pack for the motors and pi).
Reworked the budget and bill of materials to better reflect the parts we want.
Also worked on slides and diagrams for the Design Review Presentation on Monday.
Scheduling
No changes need to be made to the schedule, as I am currently on track for the task that I have to do. Next week, I will be work on the layout of the PCB for the IR circuits and the physical layout og the gates, as per the schedule below:

Mar 25 – Mar 31 | Mount IR pulse gun on car |
Mar 31 – Apr 4 | Add colored LEDs for visual display of interaction |
Apr 4 – Apr 9 | Attach camera and finish car |
