Team Status Report for February 18th

For significant risks, two team members have been sick last week and this week so if this is to continue over the rest of the semester it could cause problems. We are managing these risks by trying to stay as safe as possible for staying healthy. There have been no major changes to the existing design of the system. We also have not had any major changes to the schedule. We had to slightly rearrange the CV and Backend System schedule due to the parts for the frame arriving late so we have started working on the CV program and Shot Calculation earlier. While these might not be “principles”, we have learned about the I2C, SPI and USB communication protocols in the courses Introduction to Embedded Systems, 18-349, and Logic Design and Verification, 18-341, which is important for the pool table and pool cue system for communication between sensors and with the backend computation.
