Significant risks for the project we managed this week:

We have encountered difficulties when integrating the hardware component with the AWS.

We have encountered difficulties when migrating our code to AWS.
- We tried to deploy our website with Apache. However, the Apache server for some reason only renders the out-dated files, even when we have made changes to the Django files, saved the files, and rebooted the AWS instance.
Changes made to the existing design of the system:
- Made changes and decide not the use Apache on AWS because we encountered problem when trying to use Apache. The static files and paths does not work the same way as Apache, and sometimes the code does not update, so we decided to use django with AWS and not Apache.
