-A good number of you (who shall remain nameless) asked me if I could hold a lecture on Friday to cover SIMD (data parallelism). Given that Friday is actually the official last day of classes and that there is interest, I am happy to do so, and talk about SIMD and briefly GPUs. However, I would like to get a count of how many of you would actually attend this optional lecture.
