Our project is a bike posture coaching tool that actively trains cyclists to maintain proper posture during a ride. Currently, cyclists can only receive posture feedback through professional bike fittings, which happen in controlled environments and don’t account for real-world riding conditions. There are no existing tools that provide real-time posture coaching while cycling, which leaves riders guessing about their form between fitting sessions. Our system will use sensors and audible feedback mechanisms to monitor posture dynamically and provide corrections during a ride. This will cover the hardware and circuit aspects of ECE, integrating motion tracking and feedback delivery into a bike-mounted system.

The system will analyze a cyclist’s posture and provide adjustments based on their riding style and biomechanics. Feedback will be delivered through audio or visual cues, helping riders correct their form without interrupting their ride. This will cover the software side of ECE, using real-time data processing and adaptive algorithms to deliver personalized coaching. Unlike passive posture correctors or one-time bike fittings, our system provides continuous, adaptive feedback tailored to the individual rider.
