About Our Project

This project is part of Carnegie Mellon’s ECE Capstone course, 18500: ECE Design Experience, where students develop interdisciplinary projects from the ground up. Over the semester, we identified a problem, designed a solution, and iterated through real-world engineering constraints to build a working prototype.

Our project, Cyclify, is a smart cycling posture feedback system that integrates hardware and software to help riders improve their form and efficiency. Using pressure sensors and a wide-angle camera, our system analyzes body positioning and weight distribution in real time, providing valuable insights for both casual and competitive cyclists.

This site documents our design process, technical decisions, and progress throughout the course.
