Inaccurate orders and prolonged wait times are critical challenges that disincentivize customers from ordering at quick-service restaurants. With traditional ordering methods, customers often have to raise their voice or even yell for their order to be heard correctly by the server. Some restaurants offer touch screens as an alternative, but this poses a risk of spreading harmful bacteria and diseases. To address these issues, we are creating an ordering system that employs speech recognition technology to take orders from our customers.
