As discussed with Professor Kim and TA Manny,\u00a0 I tried sharpening the image, but it does not work well. So we decide to upload the image to AWS server and run ML algorithm for plate recognition.<\/p>\n<p><b>What deliverables do you hope to complete in the next week?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Finish ML algorithm for plate recognition.
