Our names are Aarushi, Akash, and Mayur, and the project we will be building is called &#8220;Run With It.&#8221; In essence, we are hoping to create a phone application that speeds up music when you run quickly, and slows it down when you run slowly. Our plan is to target the app towards long-distance runners who run at around our pace (by pace, we mean steps per minute). The app will be using a Wavelet Transform in order to implement the time-warping of music, and will work on most Android devices. We may explore the possibility of porting our code to a smartwatch, but this is currently under debate.
