This week we came to the realization that e are a week behind the previous schedule as a result of all the changes due to COVID19. Since then we have discussed what has changed in our goals and how we will accomplish these goals. We have decided to develop this project up to the point of full system integration. Because we are away from one another we will not be able to effectively do the full system integration and will therefore develop each component independently as far as possible. Our new Gantt chart for what we expect to accomplish is included below. We have also updated our Updated Risk Management to incorporate the changes made to the project.
