I helped finalize the budget for the project. I helped research how to use LoRaWAN and LoRa, and helped choose the boards we have in the budget. I helped plan the sensor box design. I started the Design Proposal presentation and started on integrating the requirements. I started the Github repo for our website, and created a barebones structure with Github Copilot.

Is your progress on schedule or behind? If you are behind, what actions will be taken to catch up to the project schedule?
My progress is on schedule. Without our components, we cannot start working on embedded code or the sensor box just yet. Therefore, I started on website creation and design presentation preparation in the meantime.
What deliverables do you hope to complete in the next week?
By next week, I hope to have components to play around with, and to start breadboarding and testing them. More concretely, I hope to have two communicating LoRa boards by next week.
