What did you personally accomplish this week on the project?<\/strong><\/div>\n
We got everything ready for the final demo this past Monday.\u00a0 We did more testing of our whole system to gather metrics on our project.\u00a0 We created a presentation.\u00a0 I deliver the final presentation on Monday.\u00a0 I finished some last touches on the CADed pieces of our project and laser cut out the boxes that would be storing our Sensor Hubs.\u00a0 I also working more on the final paper.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, our project is on schedule.\u00a0 All we have left is to finish the paper, make the brochure, and 3D print a few pieces that we have already CADed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

What deliverables do you hope to complete in the next week?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Finish up the paper, make the brochure, and be ready for the public demo on Tuesday.<\/div>\n

What are the most significant risks that could jeopardize the success of the project?\u00a0 How are these risks being managed? What contingency plans are ready?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Now that we are wrapping up the project there are no longer any super risky things left in our project.\u00a0 I suppose it is possible that the 3D printers are down or backed up so we may not be able to print our pieces in time, but that doesn’t take away from the performance of our solution, just the aesthetic.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
