- Digital Multimeter
- Function Generator
- Logic probe; leave ONE out in lab when lab unstaffed -- lock rest up in
cabinet.
- Chip extractor (for 14-, 16-, 20-pin DIPs)
- Multimeter (for voltage measurements); leave ONE out in lab when lab
unstaffed -- lock rest up in cabinet.
Shared by entire lab:
- Four spools of hook-up wire for proto-boards (1000' per spool) in different
colors: Black, Red, Green, Blue
- Bulk pre-cut wire for Project boards (TBD)
Note on Lab access:
Lab access is via CMU ID card. And will be set up based on the course
enrollment information from The Hub. If after the first week students have
trouble with lab access, send e-mail to Rick Burgett
<rburgett@ece.cmu.edu> and Cc to 348 course staff with this information:
- Students name
- Lab he/she needs access to and for what course
- (Very important) The students CMU ID number. This number can be found on
their CMU ID Card.and starts with *"81"*.
